The coronary circulation brings oxygenated blood to the myocardium. Two branches come off the aorta: the right coronary artery and the left coronary artery. They encircle the heart muscle with tiny branches going to all parts of the heart muscle. Blood goes to capillaries, then to the coronary veins.
