Fourth Grade Unit – Ecosystems - Troup County
Using a ball of yarn, start with the sun and let the student who has the sun pass the yarn to a plant of their choice. Then the plant passes it to an animal that consumes that plant. The animal (prey) passes it to another animal that would eat them (predator). Continue building the chain until you reach the top predator. Cut the yarn.
