      Our Inspectors are licensed builders, qualified timber pest inspectors and licensed energy efficiency rating assessors. BCIS has Public Liability and Professional Indemnity Insurance with Pacific International Insurance limited (AUS-13-8931). Building Reports comply with AS 4349.1, Timber Pest Inspections comply with AS 4349.3.
