      I workout everyday right now, but I do it so that I can be Functionally strong so that I can take care of my kids, and if they want to play, we can play and roughhouse, etc. But I'm not trying to workout to get buff or get you know really swole or anything that's particularly you know aesthetically pleasing if that makes sense.
