Chest pain - Symptoms and causes - Mayo Clinic
Although patients report chest pain in ACS events, the location of pain can radiate to the shoulder, jaw, left arm, neck, jaw, and back (Eslick, 2005). Angina in women may have a different presentation, which may present as nausea, shortness of breath, abdominal pain, or extreme fatigue with or without chest pain.
