The regulations adopted by ARB have, with the consent of California’s Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV), changed the criteria DMV will use in its sticker program. Only emission-compliant OHVs now qualify for the Green Sticker. These vehicles can be used year-round. Non-emission-compliant OHVs are eligible for the Red Sticker.
