Postoperative Protocol. Postoperatively radiographs will be taken, the limb would be kept in above elbow plaster slab, active finger and shoulder exercises would be started at the earliest possible. The plaster slab will be removed after 10 days, crepe bandage applied and active exercises of wrist ,elbow and shoulder would be started.
