      Apply conditional formatting to the status column by selecting cells H2:H13. Go to the Format menu and then Conditional Formatting. Change the comparison box to Equal To and type Back Order in the next field. Click the Format button and make the Font Style Bold On the Pattern tab, change the Cell Shading to Red. Click OK and Ok.
