In AHLTA, the ICD and CPT codes are updated within Medcin (2006 ICD codes as of Oct 1, 2005 in 837p9, and 2006 CPT codes in 837p11). Legacy CHCS/ADM are updated with internal tables. If the AHLTA client is updated but CHCS has not been, the updated codes (2006 codes in this case) will fail the writeback.
