In addition to addressing individual concerns, our office also focuses on complaint patterns which may indicate a systemic issue.
Whistleblower Protection Program - King County
The Ombudsman’s Office is the primary recipient of whistleblower complaints from King County employees (KCC 3.42). We focus on helping employees determine whether their concerns can be resolved informally, or whether an investigation resulting in formal findings is warranted.
