Nope nope nope: levophed is the pressor of choice for sepsis nowadays. We still use peripheral neo as our first line pressor agent while we’re getting central access, but after that we change to noreipnephrine. Thank GOODNESS they got away from the “dobutamine in sepsis” thing.
