Stormwater Management Standards
This Standard may be waived for discharges to land subject to coastal storm flowage as defined in 310 CMR 10.04. To prevent storm damage and downstream and off-site flooding, Standard 2 requires that the post-development peak discharge rate is equal to or less than the pre-development rate from the 2-year and the 10-year 24-hour storms.
