      The largest lesions are seen in the T10 and L4 vertebral bodies. The L4 lesion demonstrates epidural extension of tumor, which causes mild spinal canal narrowing. Multilevel degenerative changes as described, most pronounced at C3-4 where there is severe spinal canal narrowing and at the L3-4 level where there is moderate spinal canal narrowing.
