Marx, Mill and Mintzberg
This study endeavors to evaluate the organizational theory of Henry Mintzberg based on Karl Marx’s concept of alienation and John Stuart Mill’s notions of the manifestation and development of individuality. It will show that the corporate world that is reflected in Mintzberg’s work has changed since the 19th century.
