  This RFP is to solicit applications for funding one or more delivery sites for Non-Traditional Licensure (NTL) teacher preparation instruction. Non-Traditional Licensure is an intensive, two-year teacher preparation program for college graduates who want to become teachers and help alleviate the teacher shortage needs in Arkansas schools.
