Effective October 1, 2015, all diagnosis and procedure codes used to process acute inpatient and chronic rehabilitation pre-admission screening (PAS) requests must be in ICD-10 format. PAS requests submitted before October 1, 2015, for services to be provided on or after October 1, 2015, must include the ICD-10 codes.
