What is the RIASEC assessment?
This activity is based on the RIASEC, or John Holland’s Code, which classifies people and jobs into six categories: Realistic, Investigative, Artistic, Social, Enterprising and Conventional. How does RIASEC work?
The 60 items are organized into color-coded rows with two columns of 5 items for each RIASEC type.
