weekend NASA smiled on SpaceX. …and gave them the authority to proceed with Dragon’s first manned flight to the International Space Station …maybe as early as 2017. This is cool on a couple of counts – it shows NASA is still in command even though Commercial space is doing the (ahem) heavy lifting.
