At school we tend to follow the system that when you achieve 100% at one level three times you move up to the next level. So if you are reading 3.3 books, when you get 100% in three quizzes you can move up to 3.4. We have checked each child's level and we have set a target of 2 levels ahead of their last 100% mark with one or two exceptions.
