Substitute System Frontline Absence Management (formerly AESOP) Approved substitute teachers will be placed in the Absence Management electronic notification system. Each substitute can utilize the system via the telephone or on a computer with Internet access. Substitutes manage – accept or decline positions, using the Absence Management system.
