The panel uses 24 volt DC, and 24 volt AC relays to complete the logic and deliver the signal to the motor starter which delivers 240 volts to the well pump motor. In case of logic failure or an emergency, the logic can be over-ridden by use of a selector switch on the front of the panel, and the pump can be operated in manual.
