It is primarily a comparative studies course, which will build upon and branch out from AP United States history. Of course the reading load for this class is not small, and we will be using several texts and packets that focus on historiography. We will also be doing a lot of writing. The IB exam is primarily essay, so it is vital that we continue to write clearly, effectively, and analytically. Music will also play a key role in developing an understanding of the issues we will analyze throughout the year. TEXTS PODCASTS WILL BE USED THROUGHOUT THE YEAR TO SUPPORT LECTURE AND READING MATERIAL.
