Tahere threatened to attack the plaintiff and one day charged up to the fence screaming at the plaintiff that he would hit the plaintiff over the head with a rock. The plaintiff consistently reported these events of violence to the Police as the plaintiff felt she needed protection. Mrs Kaka, the plaintiffs next door neighbour at number 82 adjoining the plaintiffs flat, had her ex-husband living with her in her flat, for a few months. During this time they both consistently drank in their flat, raised their voices excessively, argued, and kept the plaintiff awake night after night for many weeks. Mr Kaka abused the plaintiff and threatened the plaintiff with violence because the plaintiff was complaining about their behaviour. The plaintiff had to go on to Blood pressure tablets for the rest of her life.Mrs Kaka came to the plaintiffs door to tell the plaintiff to phone the Police if he ever came back.
