Actively engages in the Country Leadership Team, INGO coordination networks, UN Clusters, HAC, and other coordination and networking forums as designated by the Country Director or as necessary SCOPE AND AUTHORITY Scope of the Role: Reporting to the Country Director and member of the Sudan Country Leadership Team, CSFM has overall management responsibility for HAIs business support services (Finance, IT, HR and Logistics), maintain financial systems and controls to ensure the efficiency, integrity and transparency of the office and sub-office operations in accordance with HAI guidelines, national legal system. The post holder line manages finance, HR and admin related staff. Any decisions that impact on the country operations in relations to finance, administration and legal issues are made in conjunction with/referred to the Country Director. Job purpose Reporting to the Country Director, the role of CSFM is to manage the business support functions of HAI operations in Sudan. The CSFM is responsible for developing and implementing financial, administrative and human resource policies and processes to ensure that they are relevant, and are functioning efficiently and effectively.
