It is also the policy of the City that the manufacture, distribution, dispensation, possession, sale or use of illegal drugs or alcohol by contractors while on City premises is prohibited. The Drug Policy Compliance Declaration shall be submitted to the CCODT within thirty days of completion of this Contract.
