Successful completion of this CME activity, which includes participation in the evaluation component, enables the participant to earn up to 10.50 Medical Knowledge MOC points in the American Board of Internal Medicine's (ABIM) Maintenance of Certification (MOC) program. Participants will earn MOC points equivalent to the amount of CME credits claimed for the activity. It is the CME activity provider's responsibility to

submit participant completion information to ACCME for the purpose of granting ABIM MOC credit.

In order to receive MOC points, you will need to pass the post-test with a score of 70% or higher. You will be able to take the test as many times as you need to in order to pass.

On-site registration for the Multidisciplinary Therapy of Pancreas Cancer Conference opens at 3:00 p.m. on Friday, May 3, 2019. The opening session will begin at 3:30 p.m. on Friday, May 3, 2019 and the conference will adjourn at 5:30 p.m., Saturday, May 4, 2019.

Advanced registration is encouraged as space and materials are limited. Please see registration form for applicable fees.

The deadline for advanced registration is Friday, April 12, 2019.

The full conference registration fee includes the tuition, final program, continental breakfast, breaks, lunch and welcome reception.

The registration fee, minus a $50 administrative handling fee, is refundable if a written request is received on or before April 12, 2019. No refunds will be

granted after that date. The request for a registration refund must include the tax identification number of the company or institution if registration was paid by a company or institution check.

The Department of CME/Conference Management reserves the right to cancel activities prior to the scheduled date, if low enrollment or other circumstances make it necessary. Each registrant will be notified by mail, e-mail, or at the phone or fax numbers given on the registration form.

In case of activity cancellation, liability of the Department of CME/Conference Management is limited to the registration fee. The Department of CME/Conference Management will refund the full registration fee.
