We're launching a new look for our website on December 12, and we know it will be a transition for everyone used to the old look. In addition to reading through this FAQ, we encourage you to look around or use the search feature at the top of each page to help you find what you need when the site launches.

Q: Why is the website changing? A: The main reason for the change is to provide a similar experience across all device types ? from a desktop computer to a tablet and a mobile device. We also wanted to update the overall look of the site to be more visually appealing, modern and in line with today's website design trends, as well as make some of the most used features of our site more accessible.

Q: Will I need to update my bookmarks for webpages? A: Your bookmarks for the old site may no longer work since the website has new navigation. You can also click "Search" in the top menu to find what you need. For your convenience, here are the new locations to some of the most frequented pages:

Q: Is online banking (including mobile banking, bill pay or login credentials/procedures) changing? A: No. Our website is getting a new look, layout and navigation menu, but online banking is not affected by this update nor are your online banking login credentials and procedure for logging in. Even better ? you can now log into online banking from any page of our website for greater convenience.

Q: When is the new site launching? A: The new site is launching the morning of December 12. During that time, a temporary page will display mentioning the update and providing login access to online banking from an alternative screen (or through the mobile app as usual). The site should be live by lunchtime that day.

You may need to refresh your internet browser to pick up the new changes at first. With your browser window open, click the refresh icon on your browser or hit the F5 key on your keyboard.

Q: Will the site look the same on a mobile device or tablet? A: Because the site is responsive, the text, images, buttons, and menus are arranged in the most optimum way for your screen size so it will not be identical on your mobile device or tablet. Even though the site may look slightly different on a mobile device or tablet, you still have access to all of the same information no matter what device you use.

Q: Who can I contact to provide feedback or for assistance? A: Our Contact page is located in the top menu of every page ("Contact"). From here, you can send us a secure message or locate various helpful phone numbers and office hours.
