The Baltimore City Department of Public Works and the Living Classrooms Foundation has partnered together to bring a major community service and
job-training initiative, Project SERVE (Service, Empowerment, Revitalization, Validation, Employment)
training to the Park Heights community. Project SERVE aims to:
? Help keep Baltimore City neighborhoods clean and safe by decreasing environmental hazards and risks to public safety.
? Decrease the overall crime rate in Baltimore City by decreasing recidivism rates.
? Provide workforce development.
