Our before and after care fees are for the 40 weeks that coincide with the Baltimore County Public Schools calendar. The weeks during winter and spring break are not included. These times along with other closings and holidays are addressed below. There is a one time registration fee of $49. These costs are per week and are due the Friday prior to each week. An afternoon snack and drink are included. These prices also include extended care times during late openings and early closings at no additional charge (State of Emergency days excluded).

We also offer full day care during selected holidays, scheduled school closings, and closings due to bad weather (State of Emergency excluded). These days are determined by the Baltimore County Public Schools calendar and weather advisory/closing system.

The following days are part of the regular 40 paid weeks for before and after care. There will be a $19/day additional charge if your child attends for a full day during any of these times:

Thursday, September 29 - Rosh Hashanah Friday, October 21 ? Professional Development Day Friday, November 4 - Professional Development Day Monday, November 21 ? Elementary Conference Day Monday, January 16 ? Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr.'s Birthday Monday, January 23 - Professional Development Day Monday, February 20 ? Presidents' Day Any full day closings due to bad weather or other events

During extended holidays we will offer full day care. These are weeks for which you are not charged as part of the regular before and after care. The charge for these days is $39 each. Monday, January 2 & Monday, April 9 will cost $19 as they are part of a regular paid week.

Schools will close 3 hours early on the days below. Just like early closings for inclement weather, these days are included as part of your regular weekly care.

We will be closed on the following days:

Monday, September 5 ? Labor Day Thursday & Friday, November 24 & 25 ? Thanksgiving Monday, May 14 ? Pre-K/K Conference Day (Grades 1-12 report to school as normal) Monday, May 28 ? Memorial Day

If the Baltimore County calendar and school ending dates are altered for any reason we will adjust your charges accordingly. Please contact us with specific questions regarding any other dates and times.
