Prior to COVID we linked the approved MSA telemedicine services database in our code chart and listed special approved, formerly called telepractice, BHDDA services that could be provided. During the pandemic we have been working with our colleagues at MSA and have decided to only call our services telemedicine, whether in the MSA database or not, and create our own database for this purpose. Additionally, we went through and worked on what services should remain available post-COVID since we opened-up a huge amount for COVID. Therefore, this database will display all the services available once the pandemic is over and the COVID Encounter Chart goes away. The green rows on this chart: * "Telemedicine allowed" means that the code is allowed within MSA's telemedicine database and this service is in the BHDDA benefit. Use the GT modifier to report as telemedicine. The yellow rows on this chart: * "BHDDA Telemedicine allowed" means that BHDDA has allowed these codes to be opened-up for telemedicine and are not listed in the MSA telemedicine database. Use modifier 95 to report as telemedicine.PIHP/CMHSP Provider Qualifications ChartMay 2020 update we added language under Peer for “Peer Support Navigator” (page 17):Peer Support Navigator: Individuals providing Peer support services must be able to demonstrate their experience in relationship to the types of guidance, support and mentoring activities they will provide.
