NATIONAL EGG REVIEW Regional and California prices are unchanged for Jumbo, 10 to 20 cents lower for Extra Large, 12 to 24 cents lower for Large, 5.5 to 8 cents lower for Medium, and 8 cents lowers on Small. New York egg prices are steady for all sizes. The undertone is mostly steady. Supplies vary, generally moderate. Offerings in California are moderate to heavy for Medium, and light to moderate on the balance of sizes. Offerings elsewhere are moderate. Demand is moderate to fairly good. Market activity is moderate. Breaking stock offerings are light to very light for a mixed but usually moderate demand. Light fowl offerings are moderate to heavy for mostly normal processing schedules.
