*Whenever any veteran or veteran's survivor requires a certified copy of a vital record to obtain service-connected benefits, one certified copy of a vital record shall be provided at no fee to:

Any veteran or veteran's surviving spouse (upon request)

U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs (upon their request)

Funeral Director or funeral service licensee providing funeral services for the veteran (upon the request of the veteran's surviving spouse)

Other Fees

Driver's license reinstatement fees vary based on the type of suspension. Customers with multiple suspension/revocation orders in effect are required to pay the highest reinstatement fee and $5 for each additional order.
