Financing Corp. also reserves the right to use any third party's assistance in order to get the approval for the financing requested by the Buyer and/or Co-buyer. Buyer and Co-buyer

understand and acknowledge that Priority Car Financing Corp. and/or any third party assisting in providing the financing requested, will offer aftermarket products for purchase by

the Buyer and/or Co-buyer. The Buyer and/or the Co-buyer are under no obligation to purchase the aftermarket products offered for sale by Priority Car Financing Corp. and/or any

such third party. Priority Car Financing Corp. and/or any such third party have the right not to provide the assistance required for the Buyer and/or Co-buyer to obtain approval for

the financing requested if the Buyer and/or the Co-buyer decide not to purchase the aftermarket products offered by Priority Car Financing Corp. and/or such third party. The

purchase of the aftermarket products by the Buyer/Co-buyer is not required in order to purchase the vehicle or if the Buyer/Co-buyer wish to obtain financing for the vehicle through

CONSENT TO USE OF PERSONAL INFORMATION ? PRIORITY CAR FINANCING CORP

In this Agreement, the words "we", "our" and "us" mean Priority Car Financing Corp. and any of its business partners, third parties or any other company that Priority Car Financing Corp. deals with in order to secure the approval of the requested loan or service from the date of signing this application until the delivery of the vehicle or the completion of the service required. "Service" means any personal or business banking, insurance, brokerage, information management or financial product or service offered by us. Priority Car Financing Corp may act as a lender or as an Off Site Finance Business Office for the dealer you are buying the car from. Off Site Finance Business Office includes but is not limited to Priority Car Financing Corp located at 3500 Dufferin St, Unit 601, Toronto, Ontario, M3K-1N2 with telephone nr 416 633 5545. Priority Car Financing Corp, or any other party related to this application deserve the right to hold copies of all documents of the Car Loan/Lease OR Service for which the Customer(s) applied for. Off Site Finance Business Office or the Lender has not inspected the vehicle, makes no representations or warranties with regard to the condition of the vehicle, nor has the lessee(s)or the borrower(s) relied on the Off Site Finance Business Office or The Lender in choosing the vehicle. Off Site Finance Business Office or The Lender is not responsible for the condition of the vehicle throughout the term of the lease or the loan. We may collect from, and use and disclose personal information to, any person or organization for the following purposes: to confirm your identity; to understand your needs; to determine the suitability of our Services for you; to determine your eligibility for our Service; to set up, manage and offer Services that meet your needs; to provide you with ongoing Service; to meet our legal and regulatory requirements; to manage and assess our risks; to investigate and adjudicate insurance claims; to prevent or detect criminal activity or to manage or settle any actual or potential loss in connection with fraud or criminal activity. We will use health information strictly for the provision of an insurance Service. We do not provide directly all the services related to your relationship with us. We may use third party service providers to process or handle personal information on our behalf and to assist us with various services such as printing, mail distribution and marketing, and you acknowledge that we may release information about you to them. You acknowledge that, for the initial application, we may obtain two or more credit bureaus on each Applicant and Co-Applicant. If any personal information changes or becomes inaccurate or out of date, you will tell us so we can revise our records. If any statement made by you is not true, we may cancel the transactions of getting the Car Loan/Lease or Service. Customer(s) is(are) authorizing the Dealer, Off Site Finance Business Office or any other party in relation to this application to use their respective offices to sign the loan(lease)or Credit Agreements(Contracts) forms or any other document related to this transaction including the Bill of Sale with all the Financing Terms.

CONSENT TO USE OF PERSONAL INFORMATION ? DEALERTRACK AND ONLINX

TO: DealerTrack Canada Inc. and/or Onlinx Dealer Solutions Corp. ("DealerTrack and/or Onlinx")

AND TO: PRIORITY CAR FINANCING CORP ("Dealer" or "OFF SITE FINANCE BUSINESS OFFICE")

AND TO: Each finance source (each a "Financier") to which PRIORITY CAR FINANCING CORP sends through DealerTrack and/or

Onlinx's internet-based loan origination application currently located at DealerTrack.ca and/or Onlinx.ca on

my behalf, an application for a loan, lease or financing of an actual or proposed motor vehicle, recreational vehicle,

motorcycle, or watercraft acquisition or other asset acquisition as determined by the parties.

In this consent:

(a) the words "I", "me" and "my" refer to the undersigned Applicant and, if applicable, to each of the

undersigned Co-Applicants, jointly and severally, and (b) the words "you" and "your" refers to each of

DealerTrack and/or Onlinx, Dealer, and each Financier and their respective successors and assigns.

(b) "use" or "using" includes collecting, copying, storing, maintaining, updating, sharing, transferring,

disclosing, and providing access to Personal Information (as defined below).

(c) "Personal Information" means all information about me, and includes my name, address, telephone number,

date of birth, social insurance number, driver's license number, mother's maiden name, my employment history,

income, and information concerning my credit, information obtained through a credit reporting agency or credit

investigation orfrom a credit bureau or financial institution or other person or entity, and all information

provided by and relating to me in any credit application.

(d) "Transaction" means any credit application, price quote, purchase, lease, financing, and/or service of any

motor vehicle, recreational vehicle, motorcycle, watercraft, or other asset by or for me, whether in my own

name or on behalf of another person or entity.

I certify that all information provided by me in any credit application or other documentation given in

connection with the Transaction is true, accurate and complete in all respects.

3.

I AUTHORIZE AND CONSENT TO YOUR USE OF MY PERSONAL INFORMATION FOR THE PURPOSE OF INITIATING, PROCESSING OR

EXECUTING ANY TRANSACTION REQUESTED BY ME AND FOR ANY REASONABLE PURPOSE RELATED THERETO. I consent to

DealerTrack and/or Onlinx, Dealer, and each Financier using my Personal Information: (1) for the purposes of

meeting legal, regulatory, audit, processing and security purposes (including fraud prevention); (2) as

described in their respective privacy notices, if any; and (3) as permitted or required by Canadian or

applicable foreign law. You may use aggregate or otherwise non-identifying information for any purpose. I

acknowledge that the use of my Personal Information is subject to the privacy notices of Dealer, DealerTrack

and/or Onlinx and the Financiers. I acknowledge that a detailed version of Dealer Track's privacy notice is

accessible at DealerTrack and/or Onlinx.ca.

4.

I AUTHORIZE YOU TO CONDUCT CREDIT INVESTIGATIONS CONCERNING ME FROM TIME TO TIME IN CONNECTION WITH A

TRANSACTION. I CONSENT TO YOU EXCHANGING MY PERSONAL INFORMATION WITH ANY CREDIT REPORTING AGENCY, CREDIT

BUREAU, OR FINANCIER IN CONNECTION WITH A TRANSACTION AND CONSENT TO YOU DISCLOSING MY PERSONAL INFORMATION TO

EACH OTHER.

5.

I consent to DealerTrack and/or Onlinx using my Personal Information to create aggregated and anonymous

information that may be used for DealerTrack and/or Onlinx's business purposes.

6.

I consent to DealerTrack and/or Onlinx using agents and service providers to use my Personal Information on

behalf of DealerTrack and/or Onlinx and its affiliates. I acknowledge and understand that some of these

service providers may be located in jurisdictions outside of Canada which may have privacy laws, regulations

or standards different from those in Canada, including lawful requirements to disclose information to

government authorities. DealerTrack and/or Onlinx will use reasonable means to protect my personal information

in those jurisdictions.
