BOSTON POLICE DEPARTMENT AUCTION OF IMPOUNDED VEHICLES Saturday June 1st, 2019

The following motor vehicles will be auctioned on Saturday,

June 1st, 2019 at 9:00AM,

At the

Boston Transportation Department Tow Lot,

200 Frontage Road, Boston.

Vehicles must be paid for in full with CASH at the office at the time of the

sale.

CASH ONLY!

NO OTHER FORMS OF PAYMENT WILL BE ACCEPTED. NO DEPOSITS.

Vehicles must be removed from the premises, without removal of parts, before 5:00 P.M. on Monday, June 3rd, 2019 Failure to remove any vehicle by the deadline will result in the forfeiture of the payment and the vehicle. The vehicle will be declared abandoned and the purchaser will be liable for fines and fees applicable under law.

All vehicles are sold "AS IS" and WITH ALL THE FAULTS. There are no warranties, which extend beyond the description on the face hereof. The Boston Police Department is not a used car dealer and therefore there is NO WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY extended to these vehicles. You must be 18 years of age and pre-registered to purchase a vehicle, positive identification will be required. Any vehicle not sold may be re-

auctioned at a future date.

* All vehicles must be titled in Massachusetts. To register vehicles in other states buyer will have to apply for title in Massachusetts at the Registry of Motor Vehicles. This is the

responsibility of the buyer.
