COLUMBUS CITY SCHOOLS TRANSPORTATION INFORMATION 2017-18

Dear Parents:

If you live in the Columbus City Schools district and are interested in transportation for the next school year, please note:

AN APPLICATION MUST BE SUBMITTED IF YOUR DAUGHTER IS:

1. A new student 2. A returning student who has never ridden the bus 3. A returning student who is a current rider but has a new address

NO APPLICATION IS REQUIRED IF YOUR DAUGHTER IS

1. A returning student who rode the bus in 2016-17 and will have the same address in 2017-18

If you will be submitting an application, please complete it and return it to me either electronically via email, or directly to the Lower School office, no later than May 22, 2017. All completed forms will be submitted to the CCS transportation office and routes will be set during the summer. Route information and bus stop assignments will be sent directly to you from CCS in mid-July.
