IXL Math: A great site for children, ranging from pre-K to high school, to practice their math skills. IXL is tailored to your child's learning needs. All parents have to do is find out which specific skill that their child needs assistance with and then you can focus solely on their skill or a particular set of skills. The IXL free version will allow you attempt 20 problems a day per computer. They do also offer monthly and yearly subscriptions with unlimited access.

Sheppard Software: Online software for pre-K through 5th grade students that add sound and visual effects to make learning fun and more memorable. The games on this site have many difficulty levels so that players will continue to be challenged no matter how far they progress.

Education City: Education City is an online software program that targets Georgia Performance Standards (GPS) in the areas of Math, Language Arts, and Science. Students are engaged by the creative visuals as they are learning and mastering the targeted GPS. Student progress can be monitored through the SucessTracker feature which is really helpful. Education City at Home subscriptions are available to purchase through Cooper Elementary School for $10 per child.

CoolMath4Kids: An amazing site that has games, lessons for students and parents to work on together, brain teasers, puzzles, flash cards, a math dictionary, a parent area and more.

FunBrain: A site for Kindergarten through 8th graders that has kid friendly educational games. Not only do the games promote learning but they also promote keyboarding and mouse skills at the same time!

A Maths Dictionary For Kids: An animated, interactive online math dictionary for students which explains over 600 common mathematical terms and math words in simple language. This site even has interactive examples and practice.

Illuminations: A site from the National Council of Teachers of Mathematics that contains over 100 interactive math activities.

Figure This: Figure This has math challenges for families to work on together.

Brainbashers: This is a great site that promotes critical thinking. It is a collection of brain teasers, puzzles, riddles, games and optical illusions.

Harcourt Online Math Textbook (grades 1 ? 5): You will need to login to access the online version of your child's textbook. The login for each grade is "c" followed by the grade (ex: c1st, c2nd, c3rd, etc...) and the password for each grade level is cooper.
