In order to use this form, the Tenant must already be aware of the procedures that are detailed in the Scheduled Tenant Work - Long Form ?click link Those procedures must be followed in order for a Tenant to request Aviation Security (AVSEC) approval to perform scheduled non-emergency work, e.g., repairs, maintenance and improvements in the Sterile Area. Security Escort Clearance Check (SECC)Submittal: Security Escort Clearance Check (SECC) - Form:? GatePassTemplate.xls? ?click linkThe SECC requires submittal of a color photo ID. For people that you propose to be escorted within the Sterile Area, it is required that the Tenant submit a readable, focused and bright color photo of each person’s valid (not expired) state or federal government-issued photo ID, e.g., CA Driver License or Passport. The entire ID must appear in the photograph, i.e., the top edge, bottom edge, left side edge and right side edge must be shown in the photo. After the Tenant has verified that the ID is valid, i.e., it is not expired, the Tenant will then fill out the GatePassTemplate.xls form. You can enter up to ten (10) records into each GatePassTemplate.xls Note: A minimum of two (2) working days advance notice is required, exclusive of weekends and holidays. See the GatePassTemplate.xls sample image below. NOTE: Paste the photos of the Driver Licenses below the personal information table. Proceed straight ahead and stop at Vehicle Checkpoint M-104. After successfully completing the vehicle inspection, take the second left-hand turn. Continue on to the Loading Dock. See maps on the pages that follow.Note: Overall length of your vehicle must not exceed 36 feet. Parking at the Terminal 1 Loading Dock is only available for short periods of time for the purposes of unloading and loading. Check for availability.
