b. What are your future goals in Mathematics or Mathematics Education?

Your essay may be typed at the end of this application. It is important that your essay be as complete and as well written as possible.

2. All Applied Math, Math, Math/Econ, or Sec. Math Ed must obtain two recommendation letters, with at least one from a math faculty member. Letters must be sent to the Math Department’s Scholarship Committee directly.

These awards will be based upon your academic record, recommendations from your mathematics professors, and this application.
