IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENTS

Registration and Payment Plan ? See the Registration & Advising Handbook for more detailed information. Web registration for Spring 2019 opens on February 27, 2019. Students should register at least one week prior to the beginning of the term. Registration for some courses will close early, because instruction begins the first day of the term (March 25, 2019.) No web registration is allowed after April 2nd. Registration after this date must be approved through the appeal process. Payment Plan Dates

Important Dates for the Spring 2019 Term

February 27, 2019: Web registration begins

March 18, 2019: Confirm your financial arrangements online in MyLaVerne

March 25, 2019: First day of Spring term. Online classes begin.

April 2, 2019:

Last day to register in on-ground course without a late registration fee

April 2, 2019:

Last day to drop and receive 100% refund

April 9, 2019:

Last day to withdraw and receive a 75% refund

April 16, 2019:

Last day to withdraw and receive a 50% refund. No refunds after April 16th.

April 19, 2019:

Academic holiday. University offices are closed.

May 6, 2019:

Last day to withdraw from a course

May 20, 2019:

Online course evaluations begin

June 1, 2019:

Commencement weekend

June 2, 2019:

Last day of the Spring term

June 7, 2019:

Online course evaluations end

Students under the old TPA model must submit no later than June 1, 2019. After this date, candidates will be required to complete BOTH Cycle 1 and Cycle 2 of the new TPA model. This includes both non-submission or nonpassing CalTPAs.

Schedule Changes Sometimes there are additions or changes made after the term schedule is initially posted. Before the term begins, please check to see if any changes have been posted. To view the schedule changes, updates, and additions visit: Use the drop down arrow next to Academics to select Regional Campuses. Scroll down to find Centers for Educators in the right column. Click on Teaching, Counseling, Administration. Scroll down to select Term Schedules in the left column. Look for Schedule Changes under the Multiple & Single Subject, Special Education heading. There is also a link to Schedule Changes at the bottom of each page of this schedule.
