The FGCU brand must be maintained across all communications channels. This document provides easy-to-use instructions and the official recommended email template that all faculty and staff may use for work-related communications. The template below is designed to standardize the look and feel of the signature line for all email messages and is in compliance with FGCU Policy 3.021, Email. Name it “FGCU-Signature” and click ok.At the right side under Choose default signature, make sure the “FGCU-Signature” signature is selected for both New Messages and Replies/Forwards.Copy the template above and paste it into the text box content area.NOTE – you may find it helpful to edit your info in the word doc first, then copy/paste into Outlook.Customize the template with your information.Make sure you set a clickable link for your email and department website fields. Save the three images of the template as file in your computer (Right click > Save as Picture), then replace the broken images in the content you just pasted with the images in your computer by selecting each image and clicking on the Insert pictures icon in the top left.Customize the template with your information.Make sure you set a clickable link for your email and department website fields.
