Directly across the street to the east is the Eagle Creek Golf Community, a master-planned community designed with 3,000 residential units surrounding a championship 18-hole golf course. This community also includes plans for 150,000 square feet of retail, 50,000 square feet of office, a 150 unit hotel and a recently opened elementary school.

Just 4 miles to the north is the Orlando International Airport, which achieved a record 38.8 million travelers in 2015 and is currently undergoing a $1.1 Billion expansion to double it's capacity to 70 million travelers by 2019.
