HEALTHSTREAM INSTRUCTIONS 2012 HOME CARE MANDATORIES/AGE SPECIFIC

1. On the Internet, in the url address line type:

2. Once on the site, in the left hand column, click on: Team Meridian University

3. Click on "e-learning" on the left side.

4. At the top center of page, click on "e-learning" again.

5. Log in using your 7 digit Lawson employee number. The first time you sign in, your ID and password will both be your Lawson ID number.

6. Once you have logged in, click on the "Catalog" Tab.

7. Type in the name of the course you are looking for or search by category on bottom left of page

For Annual Mandatories: 1. After clicking Catalog Tab (Step #6 above), Type in "2012"

2. Click Search

3. From the list choose "2012 Home Care Mandatories"

4. Click "Enroll in Course"

5. Click on the Course information then Click on the Test information. (Both on the left).

For Age Specific: 1. After clicking Catalog Tab (Step #6 above), Type in "Age Specific"

2. Click Search

3. From the list choose "Developmentally Appropriate Care of the Adult Patient" AND/OR "Developmentally Appropriate Care of the Pediatric Patient"

4. Click "Enroll in Course"

5. Click on the Course information then Click on the Test information. (Both on the left).
