Discount

Dollar Thrifty continues to offer a discounted car rental benefit available to all employees (Field, both corporate and franchise, and Headquarters), along with a substantial discount on optional products. We also have a Friends and Family discount available. The benefit is available at all Dollar and Thrifty locations, corporate and franchise, in the U.S. and Canada. There are two sets of codes in this document, some valid for any reservation made through August 31, 2010, some valid for reservations booked from September 1, 2010 through December 31, 2011.

Employee Discount

? Employees will receive a daily car rental rate lower than our rates found on and . While the savings will vary rental to rental, it is a discount ranging from 17% - 20% off our already low rates. In addition, you will be eligible for: o A 20% discount available on any optional coverages purchased (see box at right). o Available on any car class, except Style SeriesSM or Beyond LuxurySM vehicles. o Available on rentals at Dollar and Thrifty locations in the U.S. and Canada. (International corporate employees are eligible for the discount when used at stores in the U.S. and Canada).

Optional Products available at 20% discount

Employees may receive 20% off any optional coverages purchased, including; LDW, SLI, fuel, upgrades and additional driver charges. It is not required that employees purchase any of these options, but are there for those who need them ? at a discount.

o No limit on how many times you may use the discount.

o Other fees and restrictions may apply. Employees must

meet all standard rental qualifications.

? The Employee Discount is available to full and part-time regular employees

of Dollar Thrifty beginning 90 days after their hire date; this special discount is

not available to contract or temporary employees.

To receive the discount: ? Employees must book using either or . It is not available using the 1-800 numbers or other booking methods. ? If booking a reservation between now and August 31, 2010, use the CD Number TB2692 for Dollar and 0010229260 for Thrifty. ? If booking a reservation from September 1, 2010 through December 31, 2011, use the CD Number TB6390 for Dollar and 0010229908 for Thrifty. ? ? From the home page, enter the CD Number into the Corporate # field. ? ? From the home page, enter the CD Number into the Corporate # field. ? The discount will automatically be applied when you use this CD Number, returning a rate that is targeted to be 17% - 20% off the lowest rate. ? Optional coverages will be handled at the counter. There is no need to select them when making your booking. ? Employees must fill out the attached "EMPLOYEE RENTAL REQUEST" form. If it is a corporate employee, the form must be signed by the employee's supervisor. If it is a franchise employee, it must be signed by either the franchise owner or general manager. This form must be presented at the counter to receive the discounted rate.

Friends and Family Discount

? Employees' and franchisees' friends and family will receive a discount off our rates available on either or . o Available on rentals at Dollar and Thrifty locations in the U.S. and Canada. o Available on any car class, except Style SeriesSM or Beyond LuxurySM vehicles. o No limit on how many times friends and family members may use the discount. o There is no discount on optional coverages. o Capped mileage and associated fees on minivan rentals are non-discountable. The Friends and Family Discount is available to any friend or family member of a Dollar Thrifty employee or Dollar Thrifty franchisee.

Friends and Family follow the same booking process as employees; however, no authorization form is required. The discount will be automatically applied when this CD Number is used, returning a rate that is discounted at up to 5% off the dot com rate. Note: The 20% discount on optional products is not available with the Friends and Family Discount; if purchased, it will be at the regular rate.
