Silver Reef Hosts Open House Events to Celebrate Expansion

FERNDALE, WA ? May 6, 2013 - Silver Reef Hotel Casino Spa is hosting open house events to showcase the latest phase of the property expansion that includes expanded event space, as well as new gaming, dining and entertainment options for guests.

Open house events will be held on Tuesday, May 14 from 3 p.m. to 8 p.m., Wednesday, May 15 from 2 p.m. to 7 p.m. and Thursday, May 16 from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Open house events will include tours of the Event Center ? an indoor event space with over 10,000 square feet, The Theatre ? a 154-seat tiered seminar theater, the Directors Room and the Chairman's Room

"We're excited to include additional event space available to the public as part of our latest expansion here at Silver Reef," said Harlan Oppenheim, General Manager and Chief Operating Officer. "We're proud to open these new spaces for casino guests, as well as for the community, and we look forward to hosting many outstanding events in the future."

The expansion also includes The Cantina ? a new restaurant and bar featuring a unique environment with Mexican and Latin menu options, along with 225 new slot machines, new carpet throughout the entire property, ergonomic gaming seating and over 300 new parking spaces. This expansion marks the fifth time Silver Reef has expanded since the property's grand opening in 2002.
