The Demonstration Image Program is a way to demonstrate Sage solutions to existing and potential customers. In this program, we provide you with a link to download a ready-to-demonstrate system, including Accounting, Sage Intelligence, HR, Payroll, and CRM—eliminating the time it normally takes you to install our solutions in a demonstration environment.

We are also pleased to announce that the Sage 100 ERP and Sage 300 ERP images now include the Sage Data Cloud Connector. Please review the Sage Data Cloud Connector Getting Started Guide and the Sage Web and Mobile Solutions Product Demo Guide for all the details. These documents will also available on the desktop of the images.

Utilizing Virtual PC or VMWare technology, you can easily demonstrate the complete range of Sage solutions.

Showcasing the full depth and breadth of your solution portfolio has never been easier! Qualified business partners receive images that include Sage 100 ERP, Sage 300 ERP, Sage 500 ERP, and Sage ERP X3 as well as multiple

complementary and third-party products including Microsoft® components such as Microsoft Windows® and Microsoft

Office.

The following image configurations are currently available:

o Sage ERP X3 v6.5 P22 Premium Edition (V 6.5, patch 27 available - end of February 2014)

By bundling this program with Microsoft’s TechNet Plus resource kit, your consultants receive updated demonstration images as they become available and a complete TechNet Direct subscription—allowing you to put a valuable resource kit in the hands of your presales and implementation consultants for a minimum fee.

The annual subscription of TechNet Direct is available for each consultant who you want to receive a demo image. You not only give your consultants the tools to demonstrate a complete solution without the need to configure their own systems, you also give them a great technical resource, including two support calls with Microsoft, valued at $500. This is an annual program, and it expires each year on January 31.

Note: Microsoft has recently discontinued the TechNet subscription program. However, Sage has an existing contract with Microsoft through January 31, 2016 to continue to use this service for our partners in the Demo Image Program. We are actively working on finding a replacement solution so we can continue to offer these images to our partners and will communicate the details of this new program as soon as they become available.

This program also includes updates to the demo images as they become available through Sage, provided you are active on the program at the time of the release. There is no cost for the demo images; you only pay for the annual use of TechNet Direct.

You may not be authorized or certified to sell all of the products featured on the images, but we encourage you to become familiar with these products. Should an opportunity arise in the sales cycle that you are not qualified for, please refer the lead through the Sage Cross-Product Referral Program and still earn 10 percent of the net selling price and 50 percent tier credit.

Hardware Requirements for the Demo Virtual Image Kit

• For optimal performance, purchase the fastest notebook you can afford:

• Fastest CPU with dual core

• 7200 RPM and greater disk drive (cache is even better)

• 100GB hard disk space or better to enable storing of multiple images

• 8GB RAM or better

• Good video card with its own memory

• DVD +/- RW for copying and saving images to disk

Sage Demonstration Image Program

CREDIT OR DEBIT PAYMENT AUTHORIZATION

For value received, Participant/Company, as identified on the signature page of the Demonstration Image Program order form, agrees to pay Sage Software, Inc. (“Sage”) all sums due and acknowledges that it may pay all or part of any amounts due before a payment due date. Participant understands that it is in full control of its payments, and if at any time Participant decides to change its form of payment, it will give Sage prompt written notice. Participant acknowledges that any change to its payment method will not relieve it of its obligation to make any payment by the payment due date.

If funds are not available in Participant’s account or if Participant’s credit or debit card does not accept the first payment, then Participant will not be enrolled in the program described on the order form. If Sage is unable to collect any subsequent payments because funds are not available or Participant’s credit or debit card does not accept any of the individual charges, Sage may suspend or cancel Participant’s enrollment in the program, and Participant will be denied access to Demonstration Program images and TechNet subscription regardless of the amount paid as of the date of suspension or cancellation. No refunds will be given. If Participant uses a debit or credit card, Participant agrees that all billing disputes will be resolved between it and Sage and not with Participant’s card issuer. If Sage engages outside services for the collection of any overdue payment, Participant agrees to reimburse Sage for all collection fees that Sage incurs.
