Caribou Falls Landing 2019 RATES

All of our cabins are fully modern, spacious and well-equipped with hot and cold running water, electric heat, private bath with shower and/or tub, basin and toilet, fridge, and stove. Cooking utensils and fresh, clean linen are supplied with each cabin. Towels are changed mid-week. Each cabin has a charcoal barbeque outside on the deck and charcoal can be brought or purchased in the lodge store.

Housekeeping Cabin Rates

16 and under are $40 usd/night. Advance non-refundable deposit of

$200 usd per person required.

Fishing Packages

All packages include accommodations in our housekeeping cabins, 18' Lund Alaskan boats with 50 hp Mercury motors and 40L of gas allowance per day. Package prices are per person in US funds, and taxes are extra.

? Minimum 5 night stays are required from May 20 to July 15, beginning or ending on a Saturday. Minimum 3 night stays are required thereafter.

? Parties renting boats must declare packages upon booking. ? Rates are quoted in US funds. Sales taxes are extra. ? Deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE, but are transferable to available dates in the

same calendar year. Admin fees will apply. ? Check-in after 3:00 p.m. Check-out before 9:00 a.m. ? Early arrivals before 3:00 p.m. will be charged a mandatory $300 USD early arrival

fee. Please arrive AFTER 3:00 p.m. ? No pets allowed. ? Full deposits must be received within two weeks of booking to confirm your trip. ? All days reserved must be paid for in full at time of departure.
