Commission of the Council for the Accreditation of Educator Preparation (CAEP) The School of Education's educational leadership and teacher preparation programs and the College of Arts and Science's teacher preparation programs are awarded TEAC accreditation by the Inquiry Brief Commission of the Council for the Accreditation of Educator Preparation (CAEP) for a period of seven years, to 12/31/2023. The accreditation does not include individual education courses that these programs offer to P-12 educators for professional development, relicensure, or other purposes.
