October 3 Lima International group arrives in Lima one of South America's most vibrant cities and GATEWAY to the ancient INCA civilisation. Our hotel is located in one of the most interesting and vibrant parts of town ? Miraflores, centre of cultural and artistic activity.

October 4 Lima Tour historic Lima, including the Plaza de Armas ? where you will see elegant wooden balconies and colonial buildings. We visit the Museo de Naci?n to see pre-Incan and pre-colonial artifacts and learn about 2,600 years of cultural history, finish the tour with a view of the Pacific Ocean and the beaches of Miraflores.

October 5 Cuzco Early plane to Cuzco ? fly over the snow-covered Andes to the legendary city of gold, the Center of the Inca Universe. (Inca means "ruler," or "king" ) a city filled with history and beauty. On arrival at the hotel we enjoy a tea ceremony using local herbs and medicine to acclimatise us to the altitude. Then freely explore the township and its fantastic shopping and witches market!!

October 6 Cuzco This mythical capital is a city filled with historical monuments and relics, with a beautiful blend of Inca and Spanish cultures. Hightlights today are: ? Korikancha Temple of the Gold ? Q'ENQO Temple- the name means labyrinth or zigzag ? Temple of Laqo Temple of the Moon ? Tambomachay Baths of the Inca ? Puca Pucar? Red Fortress ? Barrio de San Blas well-known for housing the workshops of the

most important Cusque?o artisans. Afternoon visit to: The Temple of Sacsayhuam?n We will be treated to a special candlelight ceremony conducted by a shaman before we descend into the lights of Cuzco. A free evening to enjoy dinner or traditional Andean folk dances.

October 7 Sacred Valley of the Incas

Walk amongst Inca ruins along magical paths with beautiful views. Stroll through Andean villages or relax in the plazas and enjoy the local ambience. Visit local craft shops and bargain at the Indian markets of Pisac. This is a main religious centre and includes The Temple of the Falcon! This is one POWERFUL SITE! The colour and wonderment of the sacred valley will etch forever a memorable experience.

October 8 Machu Picchu: Lost and Found

In Ollantaytambo board one of the greatest and most spectacular train rides in the world. For three glorious days, you can explore Machu Picchu. At your own pace, ponder the mysteries of this spot, hike with our guide to Huaynu Picchu or relax at the hot springs.

October 9 Machu Picchu ? Lost city of the Incas Today is our chance to watch the sunrise at Machu Picchu and to listen to the spirits of the city's past inhabitants. Little in life is as moving as sitting quietly, alone, watching the warm curtain of morning light pushing clouds away from two venerable Picchus ? Machu and Huaynu, you can slowly discern the silent ruins of a "lost city" Later you can climb the sacred peak of Huayna Picchu or take a walk through the lush cloudforest to the Temple of the Moon. Includes a unique night ceremony and meditation in Machu Picchu.

October 10 (Day 8) Machu Picchu For those that wish to have "the climb of a lifetime" we will take off early, up, up and up, we spend the morning on the top of Wayna Picchu, the mountain located directly in the city of Machu Picchu ? WOW! And later that day we take the return train trip to Cuzco

October 11 Free day to explore other areas or activites of the sacred valley such as rafting, horse riding, shopping, music, etc

October 12 (Day 10) Return flight to Lima Return flight to LIMA and homeward bound.

Fly into Cancun International Airport. Many flights to Cancun are direct from the USA, Europe or connect from Mexico City. The resort is one and a half hours drive south from Cancun's International Airport. Regular bus services drive down the coast to Tulum from the airport. It is a pleasant drive ? and the road is very new!

Maya Tulum is a beautiful retreat located on the Caribbean seashore of Mexico's Yucatan Peninsula. The combination of nature, isolation, comfort and easy access from the USA and Europe make it the perfect place for our 4 day seminar. The crystal clear, warm Caribbean sea invites you to swim or snorkel. Unspoiled white sand beaches extend for miles. Walk through the jungle to visit a "cenote" (fresh water jungle pool), explore the "Sian Ka'an" Biosphere Reserve, visit yesterday's great Maya cities.

Luscious tropical gardens grow between the caba?as, which are built in the traditional Maya style to blend with the surroundings. Tulum's waterfront resorts consist of free standing thatch-roofed huts cooled by nothing more than a strong ocean breeze. Maya Tulum celebrates each meal in an exquisite round palapa, a huge caba?a built on two levels with marble floors and white limestone walls. The food is carefully prepared and healthy, along with a good selection of seafood. Yoga and massage is always available.

The Sian Ka'an Biosphere Reserve is a protected natural area with unspoiled rainforest and vast lagoons. Sian Ka'an (which means "where the sky is born" in Mayan) is home to hundreds of species,

birds, peccaries, tapirs, manatees, iguanas, fish and sea turtles.

What are the best Maya ruin site to visit? The answer is: Chichen Itza, Uxmal, Tulum and Coba

So the three day tour of Mexico will focus on these locations The famous sacred sites of Chichen Itza, Uxmal, Konhulnich, Xpujil and Chicann? are a few hours drive from Maya Tulum. They are magnificent examples of the science and art of the ancient Maya.

Chichen Itza is recommended as it has a large pyramid temple and the biggest ballcourt in Mesoamerica. Much of this area has been restored and it is exhilarating to climb the El Castillo Pyramid.

Uxmal is one of the most well known of the Maya cities, and rated by many archaeologists as the finest. It is permitted to climb the largest structure, the Pyramid of the Magician, and the view from the top is well worth the effort.

Cob? Deep in the Yucatecan jungle- ancient roads converge at a long lost city. Cob? is beautiful and mysterious. Its name means "ruffled waters", derived from the five lakes in the vicinity, and it is one of the oldest Mayan settlements on the peninsular. It also has the highest pyramid in the area. Bring a Panama hat and imagine you're Indiana Jones...! Walk the paths and experience the powerful meditative energy. Climb to the top of the pyramids and sit quietly enjoying magnificent views over miles of virgin jungle.
