OFFICE OF THE REVISOR OF STATUTES700 STATE OFFICE BUILDINGASSIGNING REVISOR’S ID NUMBERNOTE: Both the Revisor’s Office and Governor’s Office track rule proceedings using a unique project identifier called the “Revisor’s ID number.” This is the same number assigned to rule drafts using “RD” or “AR” followed by “0” and four digits. The Revisor’s Office will open a rule file and assign an ID number any time an agency requests the Revisor’s Office to do so, even if this request does not also include a request to review or produce a rulemaking document for the agency. If your project does not go forward, simply notify the Revisor’s Office and the Revisor’s Office will cancel the number.RULE DRAFTING TELEPHONE NUMBERSRyan Inman, Revisor of Statutes (651) 296-3908John McCullough, Chief Deputy Revisor (651) 296-7147General Information(651) 296-2868Computer Help Desk(651) 297-7500Fax(651) 296-0569TDD Use State RelayMetro MN: (651) 297-5353Greater MN: 1-800-627-3529RULE DRAFTING DIVISIONJeff Kase, Deputy(651) 296-4752Cindy Maxwell, Assistant Deputy(651) 296-0955Corrine Staeheli, Rule Drafting Supervisor, Senior Legal Editor(651) 297-2955RULE EDITING DIVISIONKaren Lenertz, Deputy(651) 297-2838Sheree Speer, Assistant Deputy (651) 297-2948Mary Novak, Rule Editing Supervisor, Senior Legal Editor(651) 297-7974AttorneyPhoneMinnesota Rule Area (by Agency Name)Emma Meyer (651) 296-0953Department of Human Services (Medical Assistance; MinnesotaCare; Nursing Facilities: Disability Services); Board of Behavioral Health and Therapy; Board of Chiropractic Examiners; Board of Dentistry; Board of Dietetics and Nutrition Practice; Board of Marriage and Family Therapy; Board of Medical Practice; Board of Nursing; Board of Executives for Long Term Services and Supports; Board of Occupational Therapy Practice; Board of Optometry; Board of Pharmacy; Board of Physical Therapy; Board of Podiatric Medicine; Board of Psychology; Board of Social Work; Office of Unlicensed Complementary and Alternative Health Care Practice email: emma.meyer@revisor.Karen Lenertz(651) 297-2838Department of Corrections; Department of Public Safety(DWI & BCA); Crime Victims Reparations Board; Board of Pardons; Board of Peace Officers Standards and Training; Sentencing Guidelines Commission; Board of Private Detective and Protective Agent Services email: karen.lenertz@revisor.
