V. New Business

A. Agreements/Contracts/Memorandum of Understandings Recommend approval of the following:

1. Renewal of rental agreement between The Oasis Church, 6927 Lefferson Road, Middletown, OH and WCVSD for a period of one day, Thursday, May 14, 2015 for the purpose of senior recognition awards ceremony; for an amount of $1,750.00.

2. Renewal of membership with Southwestern Ohio Instructional Technology Association (SOITA), at a cost of $817.70 for the 2014-2015 school year.

3. Renewal of agreement with the Humane Association of Warren County for the 2014-2015 school year in the amount of $2,000.00 per month for the Veterinary Science Program for 10 months.

4. Renewal of Aesop Customer Agreement (Frontline Technologies) Subscription Fee in the amount of $1,522.20, effective: 7/1/2014 ? 6/30/2015.

5. Renewal of agreement with CommunitysafeTM c/o OneCommand, Inc., 4680 Parkway Drive, Mason, OH for the 2014-2015 school year at a rate of $1.50 per student and staff.

6. Renewal of memorandum of understanding between WCCC Adult and Community Education and Southern State Community College for Commercial Driver's License Training. Effective date per the approval letter extending the MOU per terms and conditions described in the 2010 MOU for Heavy Equipment.

7. Renewal of memorandum of understanding between WCCC Adult and Community Education and Southern State Community College for Commercial Driver's License Training. Effective date per the approval letter extending the MOU per terms and conditions described in the 2012 MOU for Line Technician Training.

8. Renewal Agreement between Warren County Family and Children First Council and the Warren County Career Center to support their efforts to promote strong and stable individuals and their families.

9. Renewal of agreement for an adult education Electrical Line Mechanic Program at Upper Valley Career Center's main campus to be operated by the educational provider Warren County Career Center, effective: 7/1/2014 ? 6/30/2015.

10. Renewal of agreement for an adult education Electrical Power Line Mechanic Program at Great Oaks Institute of Technology and Career Development main campus to be operated by the educational provider Warren County Career Center, effective: 7/1/2014 - 6/30/2015.

11. Renewal of agreement for an adult education Basic Police Officer Academy Training Program at Southern Hills Career & Technical Center's main campus to be operated by the educational provider Warren County Career Center, effective 7/1/2014/ - 6/30/2015.

12. Renewal of the vending service agreement with Apple Refreshment Services, Inc. Vendor will pay a quarterly commission of five (5) percent of net sales (gross sales less sales tax 6.5%) on or before the 15th of each month following the reporting period, effective 8/1/2014 ? 7/31/2015.

13. Renewal of agreement with Pearson VUE designating WCVSD as an authorized test center for 7/1/2014 ? 6/30/2015.

14. Renewal of agreement with Edmentum for Plato software for three years beginning with the 2014-2015 school year in the amount of $40,540.

15. Renewal of Ohio ProStart program for the culinary arts and restaurant management industry certification for the 2014-2015 school year in the amount of $1,900.00.

16. Memorandum of Understanding between Warren County Career Center and Solutions Community Counseling and Recovery Centers for the 2014-2015 school year to make available on site support and counseling services to students at Warren County Career Center.

17. Extend agreement to participate in the Warren County Small Business Development Center program (SBDC) through December 31, 2015.

18. Affiliation agreement with UC Health as a clinical internship site for Greentree Health Science Academy.

19. Affiliation agreement between WCCC Adult Education and CompuNet Clinical Laboratories.

20. Renewal of Web-Based MAP Math, Reading, and Language License through Northwest Evaluation Association for the 2014-2015 school year in the amount of $9,562.50.

21. One month extension of contract with Sodexo for the 2014-2015 school year effective July 1, 2014.

22. MOU between Warren County Center Adult Education and Workforce Development and ABLE effective July 1, 2014-June 30, 2015.

23. Memorandum of Understanding between Warren County Career Center and Lebanon City Schools for the use of PLATO products. LCSD agrees to pay WCCC 50% of the cost of Plato software for the 2014-2015 school year.

B. WCCC Fees/Training Rates Recommend approval of the following fees/rates for the 2014-2015 school year:

1. WCCC Adult Education and Workforce Development Division 2014-2015 fees per catalogue.

2. WCCC Adult Education and Workforce Development Division customized training rates for business and industry, $65.00 - $110.00, effective 7/1/2014.

3. WCCC Secondary School and Lab Fees for the 2014-2015 school year.
